在旧金山通过什么途径找保姆,月嫂,钟点工等家政服务?

在旧金山找保姆非常容易,打个电话给保姆公司,马上给你推荐一个;谷歌上搜“保姆中介,保姆个个都挂着牌等你签;如果觉得美国本地保姆不够选,用手机百度一下“保姆”就会冒出无数平台,保姆从国内直飞到你家。
虽然保姆遍地都是,但是挑一个靠谱的好保姆还是一个“极限挑战”,一个不小心很容易选到红黑榜保姆同款,或者如题主说的选到不省心的保姆。

Just call a nanny agency, and they'll recommend one immediately; a Google search for "nanny agency" will bring up countless nannies waiting for you to hire them; and if you feel there aren't enough local American nannies to choose from, a quick search for "nanny" on your phone will bring up numerous platforms, with nannies flying directly from China to your home.
Although nannies are everywhere, choosing a reliable and good nanny is still an "extreme challenge." One wrong move and you could easily end up with a nanny who's on the "blacklist," or, as the original poster mentioned, a troublesome one.
选保姆是相信小公司还是大品牌?说到底就是平台的问题,一般就三种:中介、熟人介绍、品牌自营,聊聊各种平台:
1、选对中介是关键
选择中介公司是以往雇主最常用的途径,中介公司有稳定的较大量的保姆存货,选择范围较大。但其实现在网络上被吐槽的保姆不少都来自中介公司,所以选对中介才能找到靠谱保姆,必须选择有责任心的家政公司,并且选择人品好的月嫂保姆,日后相处才能放心省心。如果不小心遇到不负责任的中介,把低素质的保姆通过谎报资历或者在中介公司造假包装,打造一份虚假简历,中介公司“睁一只眼闭一只眼”。甚至有些更黑心的公司会推出“签单保姆”,用质量较好的保姆骗取客户签单,之后再换上坏保姆。所以选的时候一定要小心。
When choosing a nanny, should you trust a small company or a large brand? Ultimately, it boils down to the platform. There are generally three types: agencies, referrals from acquaintances, and brand-owned services. Let's discuss the different platforms:
1. Choosing the right agency is key.
Choosing an agency is the most common method used by employers in the past. Agencies have a stable and relatively large pool of nannies, offering a wider range of choices. However, many of the nannies criticized online actually come from agencies. Therefore, choosing the right agency is crucial to finding a reliable nanny. You must choose a responsible domestic service company and select a nanny with good character to ensure peace of mind in the future. If you accidentally encounter an irresponsible agency, they might use low-quality nannies by falsifying their qualifications or creating fake resumes, with the agency turning a blind eye. Some even more unscrupulous companies might offer "signing bonus nannies," using high-quality nannies to trick clients into signing contracts, and then replacing them with bad nannies. So, you must be very careful when choosing.
2、熟人介绍是一笔巨大风险的人情债
在中介公司的套路之下,不少雇主对这种渠道彻底失去信心,于是寻求熟人帮助,经过亲戚朋友亲身试验之后推荐来的保姆,知根知底,应该万无一失了吧?不存在的!
这种渠道的劣势在于很难处理与保姆的关系。亲友推荐的阿姨也许一开始觉得还行,但是万一不合心意,或者阿姨越来越懈怠了,你就不好开口责备教训或者退货了,因为这样做就相当于打了亲戚朋友的脸,当初人家可是好心好意为你推荐的,现在想退货不是辜负人家一片心意吗?欠下一身人情债!
2. Referrals from acquaintances are a huge risk and create a burden of social obligation.
Under the manipulative tactics of intermediary agencies, many employers have completely lost faith in this channel and instead seek help from acquaintances. They believe that a nanny recommended by relatives or friends, after being personally vetted, should be foolproof, right? Not necessarily!
The disadvantage of this channel is the difficulty in managing the relationship with the nanny. The nanny recommended by relatives or friends might seem fine at first, but if she doesn't meet expectations, or becomes increasingly negligent, it's difficult to criticize, reprimand, or dismiss her. Doing so would be like offending your relatives or friends, who recommended her with good intentions. Dismissing her would be seen as betraying their kindness, leaving you burdened with a debt of social obligation!
3、不想碰运气,自营平台也许有更好的解决方法?
从以上两种途径的经验来看,自营平台的优势就体现出来了。中介和熟人介绍都是第三方的途径,在服务人员的选用与审核、管理和客户保障、反馈方面非常欠缺,雇主在这两种途径下请保姆基本是“零保障”的。
就像淘宝VS京东一样,第三方平台的客户权益始终无法保障,投诉无门的气闷不少人都深有体会。相比之下,自营平台是直接对客户负责的,责任的归属比前两种渠道都明晰很多。而且目前不少自营平台的运营都走上了规范化制度化的轨道。从人员的选用开始,自营平台会根据保姆专业水平有进行一定的筛选。并且安排统一的培训,有统一的服务标准,服务态度和服务水平比较有保障。保姆上门之后自营平台也没有放手人员管理,全程跟踪和负责,并且为保姆和客户双方签正式的服务协议和劳动合同,购买保险。而且大部分自营平台设有24小时客服热线,部分有回访机制,投诉和反馈都有畅通渠道。但有个缺点,就是,贵。
3. Don't want to rely on luck? A self-operated platform might offer a better solution.
Based on the experiences with the two methods above, the advantages of a self-operated platform become clear. Both intermediaries and referrals from acquaintances are third-party channels, severely lacking in areas such as personnel selection and vetting, management, customer protection, and feedback. Employers using these two methods essentially have "zero guarantees" when hiring a nanny.
Just like Taobao vs. JD.com, customer rights on third-party platforms are often not guaranteed, and many people have experienced the frustration of having no recourse for complaints. In contrast, a self-operated platform is directly responsible to the customer, and the allocation of responsibility is much clearer than with the other two channels. Furthermore, many self-operated platforms are now operating in a standardized and systematic manner. Starting with personnel selection, self-operated platforms screen nannies based on their professional skills. They also provide standardized training and have uniform service standards, ensuring better service attitude and quality. Even after the nanny starts working, the self-operated platform continues to manage the personnel, providing full-time tracking and support, and signing formal service agreements and employment contracts with both the nanny and the client, as well as providing insurance. Most self-operated platforms also have 24-hour customer service hotlines, and some have follow-up mechanisms, providing clear channels for complaints and feedback. However, there is one drawback: they are more expensive.
