    Dear teachers of Loving Baby, hello!

    First of all, we are grateful for your hard work in teaching the courses. Thank you, Loving Baby, for creating such a wonderful platform for training American maternal and infant care professionals. Sisters from all over the United States have gathered on this platform, showing such enthusiasm, caring for each other, sharing learning experiences, and helping one another.

    Ms. Zhang, a maternal and infant care instructor at Los Angeles Loving Baby Company, not only taught us professional skills but also instructed us on how to be a good and ethical postpartum caregiver when working in clients' homes.     来到这里，才知道在洛杉矶从事母婴护理这行，里面包含这么多专业技能和学问......怎样科学喂养新生儿，新生儿家庭护理，怎样护理产妇、给新生儿洗澡、做抚摸操，怎样适当的游泳，怎样护理观察宝宝的脐带，怎样合理喂养母乳，怎样做好月子餐，怎样认识产妇的体质特征、饮食禁忌、观察恶露、大小便情况、乳房护理以及抑郁症的缓解方法。教我们怎样做一个聪明的月嫂等。还有发现新生儿有什么身体上的异常变化，应该怎样及时告知家人，应该怎样给宝宝做好护理。

    Coming here, I realized that working in the maternal and infant care industry in Los Angeles involves so many professional skills and knowledge...  It includes how to scientifically feed newborns, newborn home care, how to care for mothers, bathe newborns, perform infant massage, how to properly swim with infants, how to care for and observe the baby's umbilical cord, how to breastfeed effectively, how to prepare nutritious postpartum meals, how to understand the mother's physical characteristics, dietary restrictions, observe lochia, bowel movements, breast care, and methods for relieving postpartum depression. They teach us how to be a skilled and knowledgeable postpartum caregiver. They also teach us how to identify any abnormal physical changes in newborns and how to promptly inform the family, and how to provide proper care for the baby.

    最后感恩老师教给我那么多做月嫂的学问和专业技能，老师的教导在滋润着我的心田，从而提高了一些做月嫂的专业素质，像太阳般照亮了我月嫂这条道路。

    Finally, I am grateful to my teacher for teaching me so much knowledge and professional skills related to being a postpartum caregiver.  My teacher's guidance has nourished my heart and improved my professional qualities as a postpartum caregiver, illuminating my path in this profession like the sun.
