• 最近才发现，原来法拉盛也有这么浪漫精致的法餐！冬天不想跑太远，但又想有点仪式感，法拉盛真的找不出第二家。这里的环境、味道和摆盘真的没话说，特别适合约会或者过纪念日。带上你的另一半或者好姐妹，绝对拿捏住了！

    牛骨髓

    牛骨髓上铺满了软烂入味的牛肉丝，再配上烤得脆脆的面包，这口感简直绝了！这是我的最爱，必点菜品！

    鹅肝海胆

    脆脆的面包上铺满了鹅肝和海胆，这个搭配真的妙。海胆清甜，鹅肝一点也不腻。上面淋了有点甜的酱汁，红糖味超级重，这也是我很喜欢的一道菜。

    龙虾墨鱼面

    龙虾肉超级多，铺了满满一盘，不腥。面条Q弹有嚼劲，黑胡椒味突出，简直是海鲜爱好者的天堂。

    I just recently discovered that Flushing has such romantic and exquisite French cuisine! If you don't want to travel far in the winter but still want a sense of formality, there's really no other place like it in Flushing. The ambiance, flavor, and presentation are simply amazing, perfect for a date or anniversaries. Bring your significant other or besties—you'll definitely find it!

    Beef Bone Marrow

    The bone marrow is topped with tender, flavorful shredded beef, and paired with crispy toasted bread—it's an absolute favorite! This is my favorite, a must-try!

    Foie Gras and Sea Urchin

    The foie gras and sea urchin are layered on crispy bread—a truly wonderful combination. The sea urchin is light and sweet, and the foie gras isn't at all greasy. The slightly sweet sauce with a strong brown sugar flavor is also a favorite.

    Lobster and Cuttlefish Pasta

    The lobster meat is incredibly filling, filling the entire plate without any fishy smell. The noodles are springy and chewy, with a distinct black pepper flavor—a true seafood lover's paradise.

    扇贝柱

    扇贝柱口感嫩嫩的，有点Q弹。做法很法式，酱汁有点像奶油蘑菇汤，里面还有各种坚果，味道非常丰富。

    鱼籽生蚝

    生蚝新鲜个大，不过我觉得鱼籽太多了有点咸。后来把鱼籽拨掉一些，味道刚刚好。老板真的太舍得用料了。

    酒品推荐

    他们的酒也特别好喝，果味浓郁，酒精味不重，还特别好看。上面的泡泡太好玩了，酒还是渐变的，俘获了我的少女心。

    Scallops

    The scallops were tender and slightly chewy. They were prepared in a very French style, with a sauce that resembled cream of mushroom soup and a variety of nuts, giving them a very rich flavor.

    Oysters with Fish Roe

    The oysters were fresh and large, but I thought the roe was a bit too salty. After removing some of the roe, the flavor was just right. The owner is really generous with the ingredients.

    Wine Recommendations

    Their wines are also very delicious, with rich fruit flavors, not too alcoholic, and very beautiful. The bubbles on top are so fun, and the wine has a gradient effect, which really won my heart.
