    阿市警局警官吉宗桦表示，罗海伦是香港来的移民，受害小孩应该也是华裔，但尚不能完全确认。小孩目前已出院回家，并无大碍。

    阿市警方是在12日下午2时20分接到报警电话，有人经过阿市山谷大道东段700号街区时，看到一名孩子被关在汽车里。警方赶到现场后将男童救出来，立刻送到附近医院检查，孩子被救时满头大汗，满脸泪痕。警方经过调查后，证实罗海伦当时将孩子单独留在车内长达两小时，以便去办事并在附近餐厅吃饭。罗海伦现已被逮捕，保释金10万元，今年60岁的罗海伦是阿市居民。

Lawyers stated that if additional charges are added, and she is convicted on all counts, she could face up to 16 years in prison.

    Alhambra Police Department Officer Ji Zonghua stated that Law is an immigrant from Hong Kong, and the victim is likely of Chinese descent, but this cannot be definitively confirmed. The child has been discharged from the hospital and is in stable condition.

    Alhambra police received a call at 2:20 PM on the 12th reporting a child locked in a car in the 700 block of Valley Boulevard East. Police arrived at the scene, rescued the boy, and immediately took him to a nearby hospital for examination. The child was covered in sweat and tears when rescued. Police investigation confirmed that Luo Hailun left the child alone in the car for two hours while she went to run errands and eat at a nearby restaurant. Luo Hailun has been arrested and her bail has been set at $100,000. The 60-year-old Luo Hailun is a resident of Acheng.

    律师刘龙珠表示，如该保姆没有前科，车内温度不高或时间不长，比如因为拉肚子要离开几分钟可以谅解，这种属于不能控制行为，但吃饭可以控制。目前情况对罗海伦不利，其行为违反加州刑法273条，如重罪成立，最高刑罚为六年，如导致孩童有永久性损伤，还会加上虐待儿童罪六年，这个保姆如有前科，还会再加四年，所以最高有可能面临入狱16年的刑罚。

    律师邓洪表示，罗海伦的行为影响到孩子的生命安全，车内温度很高且时间很长，触犯加州刑法重罪273A，可能会面临入狱两年到四年的惩罚。

    Attorney Liu Longzhu stated that if the nanny has no prior criminal record, and the temperature inside the car was not high or the time spent inside was short (e.g., leaving for a few minutes due to diarrhea), this is understandable, as it falls under the category of uncontrollable behavior. However, eating is something that can be controlled. Currently, the situation is unfavorable for Luo Hailun. Her actions violate California Criminal Code Section 273, which carries a maximum penalty of six years if convicted of a felony. If the child suffers permanent harm, an additional six years for child abuse will be added. If the nanny has a prior criminal record, an additional four years will be added, so she could potentially face a maximum sentence of 16 years in prison.

    Attorney Deng Hong stated that Luo Hailun's actions endangered the child's life. The car was very hot and the time spent inside was long, violating California Criminal Code Felony 273A, which could result in a sentence of two to four years in prison.
